Once you have the message displayed, options will appear at the bottomof the screen that allow you to manipulate the message as you like. Or you can use the " >" key to move down from the Main menu to read a message, and " <" to go back up to the Main Menu. Use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to the highlight the message you want to read and press Enter.
